dattatreya avatar parampara the 5th incarnation of 'Yogijan Vallabha'

the 5th incarnation of 'Yogijan Vallabha'.
When Sri Dattatreya came into the temple of Goddess Anuloya, all the gods, sages, gandharva, charanas, and yogis came to Sri Datta's darshan with Indra. Shri Dattu had a darshan in the form of a boy and blessed him with yogic virtues. 'I am not a body, but I am a timeless man. I wear many forms to grace the devotees. These deeds, though fleeting, should not affect my philosophy.' This incarnation of teaching the yoga path is to overcome the obstacles that come to the devotees who follow that path. Hence, this avatar is popularly known as 'Yogijan Vallabha'.

Having heard tne news that the eternal supreme Brahman, Sri Datta has incarnated as Kalagni samana in the house of Atri and Anasuya, all the Gandharvas, sages, Siddhas and yogins came to see him They found Datta with three faces with six hands, the son of Anasuya. In their presence effulgent,
beaming Datta gave up his Child's form and assumed a self luminous, effulgent Prabhu, the Lord of all worlds. Lord Datta addressed them, asking them to meditate upon that form so that they may easily get salvation. All were wonder-struck to see that stupendously effulgent, handsome form, enchanting every one. The Bhagwan with a
benevolent look, enlightened them thus "I have no birth, no action (Karma) I am unborn, imperishable without qualities and form. I have no body, no time, no causation, bereft of qualities (Gunas) of Maya.In order to please the desires of Atri and Anasuya, I am born and assumed the beautiful form of a child. Yogins and sages at my behest, know that I am omnipresent.

One who knows my nature, that i am infinite, non-dual eternal; liberated." Having listened to the celestial divine words of Lord Dattatreya, they all left greatly elated for having the splendid opportunity of having His darshan. This fifth incarnation yogi-jana-Vallabha, appeared on the full moon day of Margashirsha on Thursday at Mid-day, Who ever worships him in this form, uttering His sacred name with Omkar, Bhagwan will bless His Anugraham and emancipate, bestowing Kaivalyam.
